Daniel S. Peña Sr., or Dan Peña, is known as the Trillion Dollar Man®. He is the Founder of the Quantum Leap Advantage (QLA) Methodology, Founder and Chairman of The Guthrie Group; Founder, Former CEO, Chairman of the Board of Great Western Resources Inc.; Co-Founder, Former CEO, Chairman of the Board of J.P.K. Industries; and Former Chairman of various US/European/Asian companies including venture capital, IT, internet, property, insurance, food distribution, health care, manufacturing, pub and restaurants, financial services, construction, telemarketing, publishing, amongst others. Bill founded RedZone Technologies in 2001 with the vision of deploying elite teams that could solve the toughest of security and technical challenges. RedZone’s Vision is to “Secure the Lives of a Billion People” by focusing on: “Delivering on Promises and Customers for Life”.​ Bill has guided RedZone from being 100% professional services centric company to a company that offers a broad portfolio of security services that delivers value and security for CIOs and Business IT Leaders every day.  ​ ​Bill guided RedZone to be one of the first to develop a new and innovative way of working with Mid Market CIOs and Business IT leaders called Co-Managed IT Security Programs. These were designed for CIOs who have existing teams but want to fill gaps in their programs. RedZone fills these gaps using VISO Programs – Virtual Information Security Operations which pro-actively perform  security system management, security project integration, compliance and risk assessment, and IT Security road map development.

Brad has over 30 years of experience in financial services. I addition to serving as RedZone’s Director of Finance, CFA/CPA is the Chief Financial Officer for PMC Consolidated Holdings, LLC and its subsidiaries (d.b.a., Protect My Car) effective with the acquisition of the company by private equity firm Crestview Partners in September 2018. Prior to his current position, Brad was serving as interim CFO for Eurasia Group, a consultancy in New York. The interim position followed a nearly 10-year run with Washington, DC -based FBR & Co, an investment bank that was sold to B Riley Financial in June 2017.​ Mr. Wright joined Nasdaq traded investment bank, FBR & Co., in February 2008 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He added the title of Chief Administrative Officer in March 2009. He was a member of the Company’s executive committee and, in addition to his responsibility for all support areas of the firm, had operating responsibility for the Asset Management division prior to its sale in October 2012. Mr. Wright was a Director for FBR subsidiaries – FBR Capital Markets & Co. (US broker/dealer); FBR Capital Markets LT, Inc. (credit trading); and FBR Capital Markets, Ltd. (UK broker/dealer)

James Crifasi is one of the founders of RedZone Protects CUSO, RedZone Compliance Services, and RedZone Holdings. With over 20 years’ experience as a technology-centric executive, James has excelled at building high-performing teams to overhaul business and technology operations and create cost-effective secure environments for clients. He has proven leadership running infrastructure, security, enterprise applications, and eBusiness teams. Serving as CTO and COO for RedZone Technologies, James is responsible for all aspects of technology, client delivery, sales, legal, and operations. His background includes degrees in Criminology and Criminal Justice, Computer Science, and a master’s in interdisciplinary management. James is pursuing a masters of law. Under James’ leadership, RedZone Technologies has successfully developed into a world-class information technologies service organization. James is also a member of Infragard which is a key link for FBI and private sector collaboration which is a critical part of the vision of RedZone’s information security strategy. He ensures that RedZone delivers on its promises and that first-time customers become customers for life.
